Community Powerhouse: UHCF
Serving as the Media Officer (2025–Current), my goal was to move beyond score updates and build a digital home for the community. We shifted the narrative to immersive 'match-day experiences'—capturing the heart of the club and turning local supporters into a digital army.
Over 1.2 million views on Instagram last year, net growth of 500 followers (up from 890 followers)
Just under 2.3 million views on Facebook, with a 143% increase in Engagement (16% follower increase) within the first 12 months of managing the social media accounts
The "Day in the Life" Strategic Concept
The Concept: "A multi-touchpoint social campaign designed for CLIQUE Fitness. This exploration moves beyond traditional fitness ads, focusing on a community-led narrative that humanises the brand through authentic, multi-channel storytelling."
The Strategic Deliverables:
"Day in the Life" Mockumentary: A high-retention, documentary-style video edit showcasing the intersection of high-performance gear and real human routine (Media Arts focus).
Omni-channel Carousel Imagery: High-end stills designed for education and aesthetic authority.
Conversion Mapping: A mock-up of a high-converting landing page paired with a strategic EDM (Email Direct Mail) sequence to nurture the community beyond the scroll.
Visual Consistency: Ensuring the "Community-Led" message remains cohesive from the first Reel to the final inbox notification.
