Hi, I’m Chantelle. CD Creative wasn't born in a boardroom; it was born from a desire to bridge the gap between high-level professional standards and the raw energy of small business life.

For a decade, I navigated the high-stakes world of Recruitment, mastering the art of high-value relationships and identifying the 'why' behind a brand. But my roots were always in the creative fire. The spark was reignited when I stepped into the role of Media Officer for Upper Hutt City Football (UHCF). What started as a community project became a proof-of-concept: that authentic, boots-on-the-ground storytelling could transform a local club into a digital powerhouse.

Leading the club to become a Top 3 Finalist for Social Media of the Year at the Capital Football Awards was the confirmation I needed—it was time to pivot. As a mum to two teenagers, I understand the 'juggle' of building a professional legacy while staying grounded in what matters most. Holding a Bachelor of Media Arts and currently completing my Diploma in Creative Marketing, I realised that many North Island businesses were 'posting to survive' rather than 'sharing to connect.' I built CD Creative to change that.
